Recently had an audio exam done at another audiologist. After the exam it turned out that I am in desperate need of hearing aids. I was immediately presented with a $6k option. No way I could afford that. My father-in-law instructed me to go to B.S. Wisniewski Custom Hearing. I immediately set up an appointment, they scheduled me in right away. I was blown away with how I was treated. They called my insurance to see what all my options were, (something the other place would not do). My hearing test was redone and I now am waiting for my new hearing aids at a price that I could afford. Like $5,600.00 cheaper than what the other place was offering. If you need any maintenance or repairs done i highly recommend you go here. We just had a family emergency today with a death in the family and my uncle dropped his hearing aid in the toilet and cant hear anything with out it.They got me in right away this afternoon and cleaned it up and made sure it was still working. She tried everything, then she called the phone act. Tech line and it was quite an ordeal to get this thing up and running a lot of work. But much appreciated, so now I can hear phone calls and music. And other audio through both my hearing aides, great job. Great customer service.
