Was extremely pleased to be able to hear again actually went to a church social today that otherwise I would have missed. I thought it was rather humorous that on the way home from my appointment I was having a blast with plastic bags making so much noise and I could hear it I think I become addicted to playing with plastic bags now LOL everybody at this place is very nice and they work hard to get you where you need to be hearing wise. Looking forward to being able to hear at church this coming Sunday…. I think it's going to take a while before I get used to this,, the bad ear the right ear is doing terrific but I have some I don't know static on the good side which is the left ear I'm sure they'll get that all straightened out too.

My hearing assistant Suzanne Pecachek was fantastic. She walked me through the entire process of resetting my hearing aids so I could use them. I'm not techy so she had me actually do all the steps so I could do it myself if I had trouble in the future. She took the time to let me write down all the steps so I can do it myself if needed. However she is willing to help me again if needed. I'm so happy I can count on her. Thank you.

I have been a customer for many years. I purchased my last pair of Starkey hearing aids in 2015 from Jordan Wisniewski 4th generation, joining the family business. Jordan has provided excellent service over the years. In the early years he would come to Waterford once a month and provide batteries and necessary service for the hearing aids. Some time ago, the office moved to a new location and the schedule increased, demanding more office time. I am impressed with Jordan’s personal commitment to excellent service and his 14 years experience and product knowledge. He recommended I use the 11 year old hearing aids as a back up pair, since they still work and he will still provide the batteries required. The new pair is rechargeable over night, so I have the convenience of either. Thank you Jordan and the Wisniewski family for your contribution of providing a very necessary product and service.

Recently had an audio exam done at another audiologist. After the exam it turned out that I am in desperate need of hearing aids. I was immediately presented with a $6k option. No way I could afford that. My father-in-law instructed me to go to B.S. Wisniewski Custom Hearing. I immediately set up an appointment, they scheduled me in right away. I was blown away with how I was treated. They called my insurance to see what all my options were, (something the other place would not do). My hearing test was redone and I now am waiting for my new hearing aids at a price that I could afford. Like $5,600.00 cheaper than what the other place was offering. All because someone really cared about my health and not the bottom line. I am so grateful for what B.S Wisniewski offers. Their level of Professionalism is also superb!!! Thank you B.S Wisniewski.

If you need any maintenance or repairs done i highly recommend you go here. We just had a family emergency today with a death in the family and my uncle dropped his hearing aid in the toilet and cant hear anything with out it.They got me in right away this afternoon and cleaned it up and made sure it was still working.
